Begin by locating the existing fuel pocket/tank filler neck on your 2005-2009 Chevrolet Trailblazer, Envoy, or Rainier. This is typically located on the driver’s side of the vehicle, at the rear of the vehicle.

Carefully remove any hoses or clamps that are connected to the existing fuel pocket/tank filler neck.

Remove any bolts or screws that are securing the existing fuel pocket/tank filler neck to the vehicle.

Carefully remove the existing fuel pocket/tank filler neck from the vehicle.

Take the new 2005-2009 Chevrolet Trailblazer Envoy Rainier Fuel Pocket / Tank Filler Neck GM and carefully align it with the opening where the old fuel pocket/tank filler neck was removed.
